DRIVER/WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

1st & 2nd Shift | Full-Time | RSC - Refrigeration Sales Company

Are you someone who likes variety in your workday? Our Driver/Warehouse Associate position gives you the opportunity to work both behind the wheel and in the warehouse. Depending on the needs of the operation, you may spend part of your day making deliveries and the rest of your day helping keep our distribution center running efficiently.

THE ROLE

As a Driver/Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for a combination of local delivery and warehouse duties.

Driver Responsibilities

Safely operate company delivery vehicles and make timely deliveries to RSC branches and customers.

Load and unload products safely and accurately.

Secure products properly for transportation.

Perform required vehicle inspections.

Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with customers and branch employees.

Follow all company safety policies and applicable driving regulations.

Communicate effectively with dispatch, warehouse personnel, and management.

Warehouse Responsibilities

Receive, unload, inspect, and put away incoming products.

Pick, stage, and prepare customer and branch orders for delivery.

Load delivery vehicles accurately and safely.

Operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment as needed.

Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment.

Assist with inventory and general warehouse operations.

Follow all OSHA and company safety policies and procedures.

Provide excellent service to both internal and external customers.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.

Previous driving, delivery, or warehouse experience preferred.

Forklift experience preferred.

Ability to safely lift and move HVAC equipment and materials.

Strong attention to detail and dependability.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

CDL experience is a plus, but not required for all positions.
