Herman N Logistics is seeking a Local Dedicated CDL-A Solo Truck Driver to operate within a 75–100 mile radius of York, PA. Duties include handling pre-loaded reefers and dry vans with palletized freight, mostly drop-and-hook, for grocery deliveries to Ahold and Giant markets.

You will work a Friday–Tuesday schedule with evening start times, sleep at home nightly, and enjoy a sign-on bonus and competitive compensation. Holistic benefits apply after 30 days.

• • The Money: Expect to pull in $85,000 to $95,000 yearly, backed by clear, hard-working pay metrics: $0.64 per mile, $70 flat daily, $19.25 per stop, $25 for rail shuttles, $20/hr waiting time after 4 hours, and $200 daily during your intro training.
  • On top of that, a $10,000 sign-on bonus kicks in immediately after your opening dispatch.
• The Local Routes, Freight & Equipment
• • The Haul: Run dedicated grocery deliveries servicing Ahold and Giant markets across a 250-mile circle from York, keeping mostly within a tight 75–100 mile radius.
  • You're pulling pre-loaded reefers and dry vans with 100% palletized freight—averaging two drops per trailer—plus mostly drop-and-hook return loads. Zero NYC or NJ hassles, all inside smooth automatic day cabs.
• Schedule & Daily Home Time
• • The Routine: Sleep in your own house nightly. Your shift pattern runs Friday through Tuesday, launching between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM for a solid 5‑day week, with an optional 6th day available if you're chasing extra paper.
