Job summary

Salt City Trucking is seeking a Local CDL-A Truck Driver for York, PA. Earn an $85k–$95k yearly gross with a $10,000 bonus and daily home time. Routes are dedicated grocery deliveries within ~75–100 miles, with pallets preloaded and drop-and-hook operations.

Starting in York, PA, you will work a 5-day schedule (Fri–Tue) with optional 6th day and holidays as scheduled. Typical pay includes per mile, per stop, and daily rates, with home daily and on-site management support.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and DOT Medical Card.
• Minimum 3 months of truck driving experience.
• Clean driving record.
• No SAP drivers.

Pay Details

• Average Yearly Gross: $85,000–$95,000
• Approximately $1,650–$1,850 average weekly
• $10,000 bonus
• $0.64 per mile
• $70 daily rate
• $19.25 per stop
• $25 rail shuttle pay
• $20/hour detention after 4 hours
• $200/day new-hire training pay
• $20/hour safety training pay
• $200/day holiday pay

Job Details

• Dedicated grocery deliveries

• Service area approximately 75–100 miles from the distribution center
• No NY or NJ routes
• Dry and frozen grocery freight
• 53' or 51' trailers
• Preloaded, palletized freight

Shift Details

Job Requirements
