Job summary

Trillium Drivers in Smyrna, TN is seeking CDL Class A Truck Drivers for a temp-to-hire opportunity. Home daily, no touch deliveries, 4-day schedule with 12-hour routes on average. Operation is 7 days a week so there may be some scheduled days that fall on the weekend, therefore days off would be during the week on those weeks. Schedules are made each week for the following week.

Pay rate is $27 - $29 per hour. Overtime after 40 hours. Pay depends on amount of verified experience.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license required.
• At least 1+ years of recent driving experience with CDL Class A.
• Clean MVR and ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
• Operating a day cab and reefer units with automatic transmission.

Responsibilities

• Drive day cab tractor-trailers on 12‑hour routes.
• Perform touchless deliveries and home daily schedule adherence.
• Follow route plans to Memphis, TN or Atlanta, GA and maintain safety standards.

• Valid CDL Class A Driver’s license.
