Job summary

Pape' Material Handling, Inc. in City of Industry, CA is seeking a Class A Tractor Trailer Truck Driver.

You will safely operate a lowboy tractor trailer, pick up and deliver customer equipment in City of Industry and surrounding areas, load equipment on your truck, and perform on-site product demonstrations. You will instruct customers on safe operation, complete documentation accurately, and enjoy a fast-paced day with travel and interaction with customers.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL with a clean driving record and a DOT medical certificate.
• 1+ year of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to do some heavy lifting.
• Forklift operation training available.

Responsibilities

• Drive a lowboy tractor trailer and safely pick up and deliver customer equipment in City of Industry, CA and surrounding areas.
• Load equipment on the truck ensuring it is secured properly and safely; perform on-site product demos.
• Instruct customers on the safe operation of equipment and prepare all required documentation accurately and timely.
• Interact with customers and maintain a fast-paced, varied work day.
