Pape' Material Handling, Inc. in City of Industry, CA is seeking a Class A Tractor Trailer Truck Driver.

You will safely operate a lowboy tractor trailer, pick up and deliver customer equipment in City of Industry and surrounding areas, load equipment on your truck, and perform on-site product demonstrations. You will instruct customers on safe operation, complete documentation accurately, and enjoy a fast-paced day with travel and interaction with customers.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL with a clean driving record and a DOT medical certificate.
• 1+ year of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to do some heavy lifting.
• Forklift operation training available.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

In this role, you will drive a lowboy tractor trailer truck and be tasked with safely picking up and delivering customer equipment in City of Industry, CA and surrounding areas. Every day, you will load equipment on your truck ensuring it is loaded properly and safely, perform on-site product demos, instruct customers on the safe operation of equipment, and prepare all required documentation accurately and timely. You can count on having a fast-paced day full of variety, travel, and interacting with customers.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• 1 or more years of commercial driving, including tractor trailer experience preferred.
• Class A driver’s license with a good driving record and a DOT medical certificate.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to do some heavy lifting.
• Ability to operate a forklift. (Training is available)

Compensation: $28.68-38.00/hr (Depending on Experience)
