Job summary

Johnson Brothers is seeking a Beverage Delivery Driver in Minnesota for direct store deliveries. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 5:00 pm onward, full-time with weekends off and evenings at home each night. You will load/unload, route, collect payments, and provide excellent customer service.

Must hold a valid Class A CDL with air brake endorsement, have delivery driving experience, a clean driving record, and be able to lift up to 65 lbs. A HS diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Requires valid Class A CDL with air brake endorsement.
• Prior delivery driving experience is required.
• A good driving record is required.
• Must be able to lift up to 65 lbs repeatedly.
• Solid math skills and basic area knowledge are necessary.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload the truck.
• Timely delivery with multiple stops along a route.
• Deliver products to stores using appropriate equipment.
• Handle customer payments.
• Complete paperwork accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Position Overview

Beverage Delivery Driver – responsible for making direct store deliveries to customers.

Work schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:00 pm onward until complete. Full‑time 40+ hours with weekends off and the ability to be home each night.

Responsibilities

• Loading/unloading truck
• Timely route delivery with numerous stops
• Delivering product into stores using a two‑wheeler or other means
• Handling customer payments
• Making sure paperwork is correctly completed and collected
• Providing excellent customer service

Requirements

• Must possess a valid Class A CDL with air brake endorsement
• Previous delivery driving experience
• A good driving record
• Heavy repetitive lifting is involved; able to lift up to 65 lbs. repeatedly
• Good math skills
• Good knowledge of the surrounding area
• Detail‑oriented
• Self‑motivated, work independently and self‑managed to meet deadlines
• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Must be able to pass a pre‑employment drug screen, criminal background check, and, if applicable, a post‑offer physical

Compensation & Benefits

Expected pay range: $28.00–$30.00 per hour. Actual placement within the range depends on qualifications, experience, and other factors.
