Job summary

Johnson Brothers Liquor Company in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Night Line Haul Driver for our distribution facility. You will position and move trucks between the warehouse and branches within the state, with a night shift schedule and home daily.

The role requires an active Class A CDL, 3–5 years of experience, and the ability to lift 40–60 lbs. Overtime may be required. Benefit eligibility starts after a short waiting period.

Qualifications

• Must have an active Class A CDL with a clean driving record for the last 3 years.
• 3–5 years of driving experience preferred.
• Must be 21+ years old and eligible for ABC permit.
• Ability to lift 40–60 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Operate company trucks for delivery, pickup, and relocation of products.
• Perform inspections and clean interior of truck.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

We are currently looking for a Night Line Haul Driver for our Charlotte, NC distribution facility. As an incredibly important part of our team, the Night Line Haul Driver is responsible for positioning and moving trucks and tractor trailers between the warehouse and branch locations within the state. Details: Shift: Third Shift Schedule: Sunday - Thursday Home Daily Two days off every week - Friday and Saturday Short waiting period for full benefits: Only 30 Days Generous PTO Plan

Responsibilities

• Operate company trucks over 4 tons for the delivery, pick up and relocation of products
• Perform inspections and clean interior of truck
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Ability to operate and maintain trucks and equipment in a safe manner and comply with driver guidelines
• Occasional in route pallet deliveries or pick-ups will be required
• 3-5 years previous experience is ideal
• Some overtime may be required without prior notice
• Must have an active Class A CDL for the state you reside in and a satisfactory driving record for the last 3 years
• Must be 21 years old and qualify for an ABC permit
• Ability to safely lift 40-60 lbs. repeatedly
• High school degree or equivalent required
• Must be available to meet scheduling requirements which may include additional hours without advance notice
• Candidate must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check and a post offer physical.
