Job summary

CrossCountry Freight Solutions is seeking Class A drivers with a passion for customer service and a safety-first mindset. This Route Delivery Driver role operates company vehicles to deliver freight on a set schedule, unloading and reloading as required and completing all regulatory paperwork.

We offer a Monday–Friday, 7am–5pm shift in Minot, ND with a $34/hour pay and a $5,000 sign‑on bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO and 401k with biweekly pay.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and clean driving record required.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements or willingness to obtain them.
• Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience.
• At least 21 years old and able to pass pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Deliver and/or pickup freight to customer locations as instructed.
• Maintain accurate shipping documentation for DOT compliance.
• Load/unload freight manually or with equipment as needed.
