As a Class A Regional Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting freight along designated regional routes, with ongoing support and opportunities for career growth. Key Responsibilities

1. Operate within the 11 Western Regional lanes.
2. Transport 100% no-touch dry van freight.
3. Perform drop and hook, live loads, and unloads.
4. Run 4-6 weeks with a trainer OTR if under 6 months experience.
5. Enjoy bi-weekly home time with at least a 34-hour reset.
6. Attend orientation in Jurupa Valley, CA.
7. Drive during day or night shifts as required.
8. Average weekly miles are 1800-2000.

Qualifications

1. Graduated from an accredited truck driving school with 120+ hours.
2. At least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.
3. Clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions in the past 5 years.
4. Not terminated from previous employment.
5. No DUI, felonies, or misdemeanors in the last 5 years.
6. Solid 10-year work history with minimal employment gaps outside of schooling or training; max 6 months unemployment in the last year and 1 year in the last 3 years.
7. Able to pass urine and hair pre-employment drug screens.

Compensation and Benefits

1. Weekly average earnings of $1000-$1100.
2. Pay scale of .43-.57 per mile; experienced drivers earn .50-.71 per mile depending on experience.
3. Trainees earn $650/week until training is completed.
4. Potential monthly safety bonus of up to .06 per mile.
5. Full benefits, including medical, dental, 401K, and PTO, available after 30 days.
