Beast Mode Truckin is excited to welcome Class A Regional Drivers to our team! As a Class A Regional Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting freight along designated regional routes, with ongoing support and opportunities for career growth. Key Responsibilities

1. Operate in the 11 Western Regional lanes.
2. Handle 100% no-touch dry van freight.
3. Perform drop & hook and live load/unload operations.
4. Run 4-6 weeks with a trainer OTR if under 6 months of experience.
5. Bi-weekly home time with at least a 34-hour reset.
6. Attend orientation in Jurupa Valley, CA.
7. Drive during day or night shifts as required.
8. Average weekly miles are 1800-2000.

Qualifications

1. Graduated from an accredited truck driving school with 120+ hours.
2. At least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.
3. Clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions in the past 5 years.
4. Not terminated from previous employment.
5. No DUI, felonies, or misdemeanors in the last 5 years.
6. Solid 10-year work history with minimal employment gaps outside of schooling or training; no more than 6 months unemployment in the last year and 1 year in the last 3 years.
7. Ability to pass urine and hair pre-employment drug screens.

Compensation and Benefits

1. Weekly average pay of $1000-$1100.
2. Pay scale from .43 to .57 cents per mile; experienced drivers earn from .50 to .71 cents per mile depending on experience.
3. Training pay of $650/week until training is completed.
4. Up to .06 cents per mile monthly safety bonus.
5. Full benefits, including medical, dental, 401K, and PTO, available after 30 days.
