Job summary

Noble Oil Service in Belcamp, MD is seeking a CDL Class A Plant Operator to keep unprocessed waste streams and finished product streams moving through the facility. The role may fill in as a Utility Driver/Route Specialist and on Recovery/Box truck assignments as needed.

Responsibilities include safety-first operation, correct fuel loading, equipment operation, maintenance, inventory control, and lab sample submission for transfer/loading approvals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Class A CDL preferred.
• Knowledge of railcar, tanker loading, blending, or filling preferred.
• 1–3 years experience in a production driven environment.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Computer skills; attention to detail; ability to count and read; time management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with a team.
• Mechanically inclined is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; work at heights; stand for long periods.
• Able to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety is the top priority and follow Health & Safety procedures.
• Load correct fuels to specific customers and maintain legal weights.
• Operate plant oil processing/recycling equipment.
• Operate filter crusher and related equipment.
• Unload inbound bulk oil, water, sludge, and antifreeze into correct tanks.
• Perform preventative and scheduled maintenance or coordinate with vendors.
• Manage inventory of tanks and warehouse.
• Maintain cleanliness and supervise others in the facility.
• Load products into trailers, box trucks, and railcars as documented.
