Qualifications

2–3 years of commercial driving experience.
Experience transporting temperature-controlled products preferred.
Must have a valid Class A license.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Willingness to work long shifts and Saturdays.
Basic English-speaking proficiency.

Responsibilities

Perform pre-trip responsibilities including checking route numbers and account numbers.
Perform vehicle safety inspections.
Drive and deliver customer orders according to predetermined route; secure vehicle during drop-offs.
Load and unload products using dolly or other devices.
Verify delivery with customer and obtain signatures.
Report issues to management during the day.
Handle post-delivery tasks: unloading damaged product, returns, and documentation.
Follow DOT and HACCP regulations; maintain temperature controls.
Maintain customer satisfaction and report complaints to supervisor.
Collect payments and record transactions accurately.
Ensure safety training is up to date.
Support Fleet Manager with vehicle maintenance records.
Perform other duties as assigned.
