• Solo Owner Operator Gross Pay: OTR avg Gross 5K to 8K+ per week during this post-COVID market. 2000 to 3000 miles per week.
• Most average owners on an average week running average loads earn 6k to 7k weekly even in this market.
• Team drivers may earn higher gross per week; market currently supports shorter runs and not conducive to team driving. We may or may not consider hiring teams.

Driver Requirements

• Must be healthy, capable, and willing to work; 23 years old minimum.

• Stable work history with good references; no major driving violations in recent years.
• Provide at least 3 years of work history; previous employers and references checked.

Gross Earnings Explained

We base the normal solo driver gross earnings on a gross of $5,000 to $8,000+ per week. Earnings depend on availability and miles driven. Typical loads are booked around 2.30+ per mile; peak seasons may yield higher rates. Rates vary with freight demand and market conditions.
