Solo Owner Operator Gross Pay: Typical weekly gross ranges are cited as 5K to 8K+ per week. The company aims to conserve fuel by booking shorter runs, with 2000 to 3000 miles per week. Some owner-operators earn 6K to 7K per week on average; team drivers may earn about 1.7 times more, peaking around 13K per week. The market notes that 300–600 mile runs are common and may not be conducive to team driving.

Required Qualifications

• Owner Operators with 2+ years of experience who have reliable trucks.
• Must have Class A CDL. Additional endorsements are a bonus.
• Must have 2+ years of CDL experience and a clean MVR/ PSP; reliable tractor and the option to rent trailers if needed.
• Must be able to pass a drug test, hold a valid medical card, and have a stable work history with good references.

Regions & Opportunities

• Lower 48 with focus on Midwest, East, Southeast, South, Southwest, and West regions.
• 100% optional high-paying Canadian loads available to qualified applicants. Some routes may change; ask about current routing.

Compensation & Benefits

• Gross earnings typically $260,000 to $364,000 per year (as stated by the company).
• Compensation structure includes a high percentage of line haul, with options around 82% of line haul (with cargo and liability covered by the company); an 88% option with a $250 deduction is available weekly.
• Liability and cargo insurance are included and paid by the company in the deal; trailer tags may be covered; fuel cards and permits provided at no cost with a 30¢ discount off the cash price.
• Weekly direct deposit; bonus opportunities via an Owner-Operator of the Month program; bonuses for passed DOT inspections; optional insurance and other deductions are available.
