Job summary

The Rock Group, a motor carrier and freight broker based out of Hialeah, FL, is expanding its fleet of Class A OTR drivers. With a fleet averaging 2800-3200 miles per week and top drivers around 3500 miles, this role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and various hometime options.

We operate 53' Dry Van equipment with 100% no-touch freight, paid weekly via direct deposit. Eligible drivers earn an average of $2,300 per week on 1099 status, with layover/detention/multi-stop pay and pet/rider benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of OTR Tractor Trailer experience.
• Good driving record.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment DOT Drug Screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate 53' Dry Van across Southeast, Southwest, Midwest regions with no touch freight.
• Maintain timely, safe delivery and communication with dispatch.

Job Details:

• $5,000 SIGN ON BONUS
• Hometime Options:
  • 19 days out/come home for 4 days
  • 4 weeks out/come home for 7 days
• 1099 Company Driver - average $2300 per week
• Truck can be taken home for time off
  
• Primary Running Area: Southeast, Southwest, Midwest - we do not go too far into the Northeast region

• Late-model, well-maintained equipment
• SAP Drivers Accepted - must have all steps completed
