Job summary

Lightning Logistics is growing fast and seeks an experienced Class A CDL Driver for a dedicated route based in Des Moines, IA. This is a Monday–Friday, home-daily position with predictable hours and full benefits.

You’ll earn $1,375–$1,500 per week; benefits include health, dental and vision insurance, paid time off and holidays, 401(k) with company match, modern equipment, and a supportive dispatch team. Candidates must pass DOT physical and drug screening; a clean MVR and at least 1 year

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with appropriate endorsements.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required.
• Minimum 1 year driving experience preferred.
• Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate a dedicated route with home daily and consistent schedule.
• Safely operate commercial vehicle and maintain logs.
• Meet DOT requirements and company safety policies.
• Provide reliable, customer-focused service on a Monday–Friday schedule.

• Strong time-management and organizational skills.

• Ability to pass a Background check.
