Job summary

Cresco Equipment Rentals has a need for a Driver - Class A based at our Santa Clara, CA location. This role safely transports rental equipment, delivers to customer sites, performs safety inspections, and maintains accurate records in compliance with DOT and company standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Class A CDL, a current DOT Medical Certificate, at least three years of commercial driving experience, and a commitment to safe, professional service.

Qualifications

• Must have DOT and FMCSA regulations knowledge.
• High school diploma or GED and completion of certified truck driver training.
• 3+ years of directly related commercial driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and transport rental equipment via delivery trucks and trailers.
• Follow dispatcher instructions for delivery and pickup.
• Perform DOT safety inspections and maintain required records.
• Deliver and retrieve equipment to customer sites and demonstrate use.
• Maintain vehicle maintenance and safety checks per DOT and company rules.
