Job summary

Valor is seeking Class A drivers with 3 months of verifiable experience for a full-time, dedicated home-weekly position.

You will earn $1,500 to $1,900 per week with 95% no-touch freight (1–2 stops when it occurs). The route runs MD, NJ, PA, VA, WV and DC; you may take the truck home if you have a secure parking spot.

Pay is $.57 to $.67 CPM, about 1,900–2,000 miles per week. Benefits start after 60 days: medical, dental, vision, 401K with matching and PTO.

Qualifications

• 3 months verifiable Class A driving experience (does not include trainer time)
• CDL must be from your state of residency
• Must be 21 years old
• No more than 3 moving violations in last 3 years and no more than one serious moving violation in last 12 months (e.g., 15+, reckless, handheld)
• No more than 3 jobs in last year and no more than 6 in last 3 years; not terminated from last job

Responsibilities

• Operate as full-time driver on dedicated home weekly routes.
• Maintain safe driving practices and logs as required.
• Communicate with dispatch and follow route schedules.

Drivers get home weekly earning $1500 to $1900/WK with freight that is 95% no touch (1 to 2 times per week when does happen driver makes $55/Stop). This is regional account that gets you home weekly running MD, NJ, PA, VA, WV, and DC area. Drivers may take truck home for home time if have secure place to park.

Drivers are paid $.57 to $.67CPM based on experience running about 1900 to 2000 miles per week

Majority of the freight is drop and hook but 1 to 2 per week when driver does touch the freight they are paid $55 on driver assist. In rare instances when live unload driver paid $20/Hr Detention.

Full benefits start after 60 days and include full medical, dental, vision, 401K with matching and PTO.

Drivers must be willing to run at night and 34 our reset is not promised to be on the weekend.

This is very steady freight and will keep driver busy with good home time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Drivers must be 21 and have 3 full months of verifiable Class A driving experience. This does not count time with a trainer or at driving school

CDL MUST BE FROM YOUR STATE OF CURRENT RESIDENCY

REQUIREMENTS

No more than 3 moving violations in the last three years and no more than one serious moving violation in the last 12 months including 15+, reckless, using handheld

May have Two DOT Recordable accidents in the last three years except for the following which you may not have in the last three years except those with major traffic violation or major accidents such as rear end, rollover or jack-knife

May not have more than 3 jobs in the last year and no more than 6 jobs in the last three years and can not have been terminated from last job for ANY reason and go off what carrier reports
