Job summary

J Rose Logistics in Collierville, TN is seeking experienced CDL-A truck drivers for dry van, 100% no-touch freight and steady, year-round work. Earn $1,000–$1,400 weekly with CPM paid on all miles; home weekly for a 5–5.5 day outing and 34–48 hour resets.

Expect consistent miles, modern equipment, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid vacation and holidays. Detention and breakdown pay at $20/hour and 401(k) matching available.

• Minimum 6 months tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Must have verifiable driving activity within the last 90 days.
• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Must meet all DOT safety, background, and drug & alcohol requirements.
• SAP drivers welcome with step 6 complete and some experience with another carrier after completion.

Pay & Home Time

• $1000-1400 weekly
• CPM paid on ALL miles - loaded and empty
• Home weekly for reset (typically 5-5.5 days out)
• 34-48 hour reset at home
• Consistent miles and predictable scheduling
• Steady year-round freight

Freight & Equipment

• Dry van freight
• 100% no-touch freight
• Approximately 70% drop & hook with some live load/unload
• Option to take truck home during home time (where applicable)
• Newer Kenworth, Freightliner, and International equipment
