Job summary

J Rose Enterprises operates a regional Southeast fleet offering consistent miles and reliable weekly home time. The position provides 100% no-touch freight with newer equipment and steady year-round freight across the Southeast.

Qualified drivers have at least 6 months of tractor-trailer experience, valid Class A CDL, and meet DOT requirements. Detention pay, insurance, and benefits are provided, with home weekly for reset and options to take the truck home during home time.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailer to deliver freight.
• Maintain safe driving practices and compliance with regulations.
• Adhere to delivery schedules and routes for regional Southeast fleet.
• Keep logs and report any incidents or delays to dispatch.
• Load/unload coordination where applicable and communicate with customers.

Job description

This position offers consistent miles, reliable weekly home time, and steady freight on a well-established regional fleet operating across the Southeast.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of tractor-trailer driving experience
  
• Must have verifiable driving activity within the last 90 days
• Valid Class A CDL required
• Must meet all DOT safety, background, and drug & alcohol requirements
• SAP drivers welcome if step 6 is complete.

Pay & Home Time

• Average weekly pay: $1,200–$1,500
• CPM paid on ALL miles - loaded & empty
• Home weekly for reset (typically 5–5.5 days out)
• 34–48 hour reset at home
• Consistent miles and predictable scheduling
• Steady year-round freight

Freight & Equipment

• Dry van freight
• 100% no-touch freight
• Approximately 70% drop & hook with some live load/unload
• Option to take truck home during home time (where applicable)
• Newer Kenworth, Freightliner, and International equipment

Additional Benefits

• Detention and breakdown pay: $20 per hour
