Job summary

J Rose Enterprises is hiring drivers for dry-van, long-haul runs with 100% no-touch freight. Expect weekly pay from $1,100 to $1,400, plus detention/breakdown pay and a robust benefits package. Home time is weekly with a 34–48 hour reset, and newer equipment is provided.

You’ll operate with a CDL-A, meet DOT standards, and have steady year‑round freight. The role offers comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance, 8 paid holidays, and a 401(k) match.

Pay & Benefits

• Weekly Pay: $1,100 – $1,400 per week
• Mileage Pay: CPM paid on ALL miles (loaded and empty)
• Additional Pay: Detention and breakdown pay ($20 per hour)
• Retirement: Up to $2,000 401(k) match available
• Paid Time Off: Paid vacation and 8 paid holidays per year

Home Time & Schedule

• Home Time: Home weekly for reset (typically 5–5.5 days out)
• Reset Duration: 34–48 hour reset at home
• Predictability: Consistent miles, predictable scheduling, and steady year-round freight

Freight & Equipment

• Freight Type: Dry van freight
• Touch Level: 100% no-touch freight
• Drop & Hook: Approximately 70% drop & hook (with some live load/unload)
• Equipment: Newer Kenworth, Freightliner, and International equipment
• Convenience: Option to take the truck home during home time (where applicable)

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of tractor-trailer driving experience
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) required
• Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) safety, background, and drug & alcohol screening requirements
• SAP Drivers welcome if step 6 is fully complete.
