Job summary

Bristol Management Services is seeking an Aggregate Driver for Gardena, CA. This full-time position involves delivering aggregates to company plants, loading and unloading, and complying with safety regulations. Training is provided, with paid start at $22 per hour and a wage range of $26–$32 per hour.

Benefits include PPO/HMO health insurance, PTO, 401k, overtime, direct deposit, and a strong safety program. Drive a manual 10-speed, and perform pre/post-trip checks daily.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL with doubles/triples endorsements required.
• Must complete our driver training program.
• Ability to drive a manual 10-speed transmission.
• Experience as a Class A driver preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver aggregates to designated company plants.
• Drive to assigned quarry to pick up materials as required.
• Record trips and breaks in driver’s log and GPS.
• Ensure proper loading and unload procedures and safety compliance.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic safety checks.
• Report accidents or vehicle malfunctions promptly.
