Job summary

Valor is hiring Class A CDL drivers with hazmat and tanker endorsements for a dedicated cryogenic account. Training is provided, even if you lack cryogenic experience. First-year pay ranges from $80K–$106K, starting at $300.30 per day with raises every six months, plus $100 per day for training new hires.

Benefits begin after 60 days, including medical, 401(k) with matching, and one week vacation. Drivers run all 48 states, are out 21 days with up to 7 days home, and company-paid flights cover

Qualifications

• Must have hazmat and tanker endorsements at time of application.
• One year of OTR or regional driving in last three years.
• DOT compliant medical and clean MVR.
• No more than five Class A CDL driving jobs in the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A CDL tractor-trailer on a cryogenic dedicated account.
• Train new hires in cryogenics as assigned (+$100/Day).
• Maintain safety and compliance across all routes.
• Fly-home policy: company pays flights for home time.
