Job summary

Valor is seeking CDL A drivers with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements for a dedicated cryogenic account. Training is provided, and drivers can earn $80K–$106K in the first year. Start at $300.30 per day with scheduled $3 per day raises and additional $100 per day for training new hires.

Full benefits after 60 days, 1 week vacation in 52 weeks, and 401K with matching. Home time is 7 days after 21 out, with flights home paid.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of OTR or regional driving in the last 3 years.
• Must have hazmat and tanker endorsements at time of application.
• Clean MVR with no more than five CDL driving jobs in the last five years.
• No felonies; not eligible if you have DOT drug test failure/refusal.

Responsibilities

• Operate across all 48 states with no regional opt-out.
• Drive dedicated cryogenic account with training provided.
• Earn first-year pay of $80K–$106K with daily rate progression.
• Benefit eligibility after 60 days and one week vacation in the first year.
