Job summary

Valor is seeking Class A CDL truck drivers with hazmat and tanker endorsements to operate a dedicated cryogenic account. Training is provided if cryogenic experience is lacking; endorsements must be current at application. Drivers must be willing to run in all 48 states.

First-year pay ranges from $80k to $106k, starting at $300.30 per day with a $3 per day raise every six months to a $324 per day cap. Training pays $125 per day and a $1,000 bonus at the end of training, with full benefits after

Qualifications

• Must have hazmat and tanker endorsements at time of application.
• One year OTR or regional driving in last three years.
• No more than five Class A CDL driving jobs in last five years.
• Willing to train new hires in cryogenics; training offered.

Responsibilities

• Drive nationwide (ALL 48 states) for the dedicated cryogenic account.
• Engage in shadow training during onboarding; trainer runs the other truck.
• Maintain compliance and safety standards per DOT regulations.
• End-of-training bonus and progression pay opportunities.
