Job summary

Valor is seeking Class A truck drivers for a dedicated account delivering to locations across all 48 states. This 100% no-touch operation offers 2 to 3 weeks out with home time corresponding to miles driven.

Starting pay is $0.57–$0.67 per mile, based on experience, with full benefits after 60 days. Trucks are newer models; mix of drop and hook and live unload. Safety and on-time performance are emphasized.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old
• 3 full months of verifiable Class A driving experience (not counting trainer time)
• CDL must be from your state of residency
• No more than 3 moving violations in 3 years and no more than one serious moving violation in 12 months (e.g., 15+, reckless, handheld)
• No more than 3 jobs in last year and no more than 6 in last 3 years; not terminated from last job for ANY reason

Responsibilities

• Operate a dedicated account with 100% no-touch freight
• Deliver to DCs/warehouses nationwide; miles will be 2–3 weeks out with home time proportional
• Maintain safety and compliance standards while on the road
