Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Stanton, CA is seeking a dependable Class A Super Ten Driver to operate dump trucks, delivering construction materials. Must hold a California Class A CDL, have at least 2 years’ experience, a clean driving record, and pass a pre-employment drug screen.

You will perform pre/post trips, log deliveries, coordinate with dispatch, and maintain vehicle readiness. Overtime, night shifts, and weekend work may be required. We offer a competitive hourly wage, benefits, and growth training.

Qualifications

• Valid California Class A CDL required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience driving Super Ten or similar dump trucks.
• Clean driving record and able to pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Familiarity with Caltrans regulations and best practices for truck operation and maintenance.
• Ability to operate in varying weather conditions and challenging road/site conditions.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Physical ability to climb into vehicles, secure loads, and perform basic maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Class A Super Ten Driver to join our team. The role involves the safe and efficient operation of Super Ten dump trucks for transporting and delivering materials such as gravel, sand, dirt, and other construction-related materials. The ideal candidate must possess a valid California Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), a strong safety record, and a professional attitude toward customer service and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Super Ten dump trucks to transport and deliver construction materials to job sites in a safe and timely manner.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, ensuring compliance with California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) regulations.
• Safely load, unload, and secure materials to prevent damage or spills during transport.
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local traffic laws and company policies.
• Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, mileage, and materials transported.
