Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Stanton, CA is seeking a dependable Class A Super Ten Driver to operate dump trucks, delivering construction materials. Must hold a California Class A CDL, have at least 2 years’ experience, a clean driving record, and pass a pre-employment drug screen.

You will perform pre/post trips, log deliveries, coordinate with dispatch, and maintain vehicle readiness. Overtime, night shifts, and weekend work may be required. We offer a competitive hourly wage, benefits, and growth training.

Qualifications

• Valid California Class A CDL required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience driving Super Ten or similar dump trucks.
• Clean driving record and able to pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Familiarity with Caltrans regulations and best practices for truck operation and maintenance.
• Ability to operate in varying weather conditions and challenging road/site conditions.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Physical ability to climb into vehicles, secure loads, and perform basic maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate Super Ten dump trucks to transport and deliver construction materials to job sites safely and on schedule.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections, ensuring compliance with Caltrans regulations.
• Safely load, unload, and secure materials to prevent damage or spills.
• Adhere to federal, state, and local traffic laws and company policies.
• Maintain logs of deliveries, mileage, and materials transported.
• Communicate with dispatch, customers, and site supervisors regarding delivery schedules and issues.
• Report mechanical issues or delays promptly to supervisor or fleet manager.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance of the vehicle.
• Support other team members as needed.
