Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a dependable Class A Super Ten Driver to safely operate dump trucks for transporting construction materials across California. You will perform inspections, load and secure loads, and maintain delivery logs while communicating with dispatch and customers.

The role requires a clean driving record, Caltrans awareness, and strong customer service. Overtime and variable shifts may be required to meet project needs.

Qualifications

• Valid California Class A CDL required.
• Minimum 2 years experience driving Super Ten or similar dump trucks.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Familiarity with Caltrans regulations and truck maintenance best practices.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Physically able to climb into vehicles and perform basic maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operate Super Ten dump trucks to transport and deliver construction materials.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections as per Caltrans regulations.
• Load, unload, and secure materials to prevent spills during transport.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies.
• Maintain logs of deliveries and vehicle usage.
• Communicate with dispatch and customers about schedules.
• Report issues to supervisor promptly.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks.
