Job description

Joseph J. Albanese, Inc. is seeking a full-time Commercial Driver License Class A Driver to join our team. This is a full-time, union pay and benefited position and would require a union membership in the Laborers Union. Work Shift: Monday – Friday, and occasionally on Saturdays

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ability to operate and transport heavy equipment (e.g. backhoe, roller, excavator, etc.) to and from job sites.
• Communicate logistics, schedule, and delays with employees and the dispatch department.
• Other duties as assigned.

SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITY

• Min of 5 years’ experience transporting heavy construction equipment.
• Experience operating, loading, and off-loading heavy equipment.
• Knowledge of COZAD or MURRAY Trailers a plus.
• Valid Class A driver license.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 80 lbs minimum.
• Available to work weekends.
