Maine Oxy is hiring a Class A CDL driver for an over-the-road regional route. You will be away from home Monday through Thursday/Friday, with weekends at home, staying in hotels and covering the same zones each week.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement required.
• At least 1 year of driving experience or recent training.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver helium gas cylinders to scheduled, repeat customers.
• Load and unload cylinders and return empties to the fill plant.
• Perform daily vehicle safety inspections.
• Complete delivery paperwork and maintain DOT compliance.
• Build relationships with regular customers and manage inventory needs.
• Run a scheduled local route delivering cylinders and hard goods, return empties for refilling.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and document issues.
• Keep load manifests and vehicle paperwork balanced with truck counts.
• Operate a forklift, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment.
• Follow all DOT and OSHA regulations and keep the truck clean and professional.
