Imperial Dade has a Trailer Driver/Class A Delivery Driver role available in New Brighton, MN.

The Trailer Driver/Class A Delivery Driver will be responsible for a route of daily stops. The deliveries require unloading the product via hand, pallet jack, and dolly, and delivering the merchandise to the customer‑designated location. The essential aspects of this position are delivering and providing exceptional customer service.

The schedule for this position is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays. No weekends. Shift: 4:00am‑until 2:30pm or until route is completed. Average shift is approximately 10 hours.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 53’ truck or smaller
• Load and unload cargo via hand, manual pallet jack, and lift gate
• Properly track and document activity log
• Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
• Inspect the truck before and after trips
• Communicate with customers with a positive, outgoing attitude

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a DOT Medical Exam
• A good driving record
• 1 year of recent CDL A experience
• 1 year of route delivery experience
• 1 year of manual pallet jack and hand truck experience
• Ability to handle a physical workload (lift 50+ pounds comfortably and unassisted)
