Job summary

Maersk in Lake City, GA is seeking a reliable Class A Truck Driver to join our team. You will safely operate a tractor-trailer, load and unload freight as needed, and complete timely deliveries to commercial and residential locations.

Expect about 250 miles daily, a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule, and competitive hourly pay of $27 per hour. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with company match, PTO, and flexible scheduling when possible.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A driver’s license.
• DOT medical certificate required.
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable Class A experience in the last 3 years.
• Must pass road test during application process.
• Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Tractor Trailer.
• Load and unload freight using liftgate and pallet jack when needed.
• Touching freight required 50% of the time.
• Complete timely and accurate deliveries.
• Deliver to commercial and residential locations.
• Approximately 250 miles driven daily.
• Deliveries to stores, warehouses, yards, and airports.
• Some installations may be required.
