Job summary

Trulite is seeking a professional Class A CDL Driver in Knoxville to deliver our finished product daily, on time and safely, following DOT regulations and company policies. The role requires pre-trip inspections, paperwork, and the ability to load/unload while maintaining certifications.

You'll need ELD knowledge, basic computer skills, and strong customer service abilities to communicate with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL with minimum 1 year driving experience.
• Must pass DOT physical and Drug Screen.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and read measuring tape.
• Proficient in English and good math skills.
• Follows all DOT regulations and Trulite policies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver finished product to customers daily on time and safely.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Complete shipping/receiving paperwork accurately.
• Maintain certifications for DOT, OSHA and safety programs.
• Load and unload finished goods and raw ingredients.
• Have knowledge of ELD and basic computer functions.
• Ensure load is secure before, during, and after route.
• Communicate with customers, supervisors, and coworkers clearly.
• Use good judgment in routine and emergency situations.

• Pay range: Paid by the mile - average of $1200-1800 per week
• $3000 Sign on Bonus
• Quarterly safety bonus opportunities

• Shift Days and Hours: Monday-Friday 5am-until route completion or out of hours.

Who You Are:

A professional Class A CDL Driver is an individual who possesses a great personality and Customer Service Skills. To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to complete each essential duty satisfactorily which includesdelivering our product on time and safely. They must follow all DOT regulations that are required of all Class A CDL Drivers and represent our company. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required

What You Will Be Doing:

AClass A CDL Driver would deliver our finished product to customers daily on time, follow all DOT regulations and Trulite policies.

• Performs pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Complies with all required statutory, regulatory requirements, and company policy.
• Completes appropriate paperwork and forms, including but not limited to shipping / receiving documents.
• Maintain all required certifications for DOT, OSHA, and Trulite Safety Programs.
• Loading and unloading of all finished goods and raw ingredients.
• Driver must have knowledge of ELD and basic computer functions.
• Secure load before, during, and after the route.
• Communicates with customers, supervisors, and fellow employees effectively.
• Uses good judgment in making decisions during routine and emergency situations.

Skills You Bring:

• Class A CDL Driver License required with a minimum of 1 year driving experience.
• Be able to lift up to 75lbs.
• Be able to pass a Driver’s Test, DOT physical, and Drug Screen.
• Must be proficient in the English language.
• Must understand basic math and be able to read a measuring tape down to the 16 th .
• Be able to solve practical problems and follow instructions.
