Job summary

Johnson Brothers is a national family-owned wine, spirits and beer distributor. This role involves direct store deliveries to customers in the St. Cloud area with a Class A CDL. You will load/unload, deliver, collect payments, and maintain accurate paperwork while providing excellent customer service.

Working Tue-Fri full-time with weekends off and the ability to be home every night. Pay is experience-based for CDL drivers, with a strong benefits package described by the company.

Qualifications

• Must hold a CDL Class A license.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission.
• Previous delivery driving experience preferred.
• Clean driving record is required.
• Must be able to perform heavy lifting and math calculations as needed.
• Good knowledge of St. Paul and surrounding area.
• Detail oriented and self-motivated to meet deadlines.

Our Delivery Drivers make direct store deliveries to customers in the area of St. Cloud.

This position is Tues-Fri, full-time position (40+ hours) with every weekend off and the ability to be home every night.

Pay based on experience for Class A CDL drivers!

Job Description:

• Loading/unloading truck
• Timely route delivery with numerous stops
• Delivering product into stores using a two-wheeler or other means
• Handling customer payments
• Making sure paperwork is correctly completed and collected
• Providing excellent customer service
• All other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Must have a CDL- Class A license
• Must be able to drive a manual transmission
• Previous Delivery Driving experience
• Must have a good driving record
• Heavy repetitive lifting is involved, must be able to lift 65 lbs. repeatedly
• Good math skills
• Good knowledge of the St. Paul and surrounding area
• Detail oriented
• Self-motivated, work independently and self-managed to meet deadlines
• High School diploma or GED

The expected pay range for this role is $28.85-$34.00/hour. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Actual placement within range will be contingent upon several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, education, experience, internal equity, union status (where applicable) and alignment with market data.
