Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin seeks Class A CDL drivers for 100% no-touch dry van freight across the Pacific Northwest. New drivers undergo 4–6 weeks of OTR/regional training with an experienced trainer before joining the dedicated account. Solo and team drivers are welcome, with weekly home time and strong benefits.

Positions involve mostly night driving on a dedicated lane out of Sumner, WA. 2,000–3,000 miles per week are typical, with orientation in Sumner.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old with a valid Class A CDL.
• Graduate of an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of instruction.
• Clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or license suspensions within the past 5 years.
• No DUIs, felonies, or misdemeanors within the past 5 years; all criminal offenses subject to safety review.
• Solid 10-year work history with no major unexplained gaps outside of school or training; maximum of 6 months unemployment in the last year and 1 year within the last 3 years.
• Must pass a pre-employment urine and hair drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate 53' dry van trailers with 100% no-touch freight.
• Mostly night driving on dedicated lanes.
• OTR/regional training period before starting on the dedicated account.

Job description

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers, both experienced professionals and recent CDL school graduates, to join our dedicated team running 100% no-touch dry van freight throughout the Pacific Northwest. New drivers will begin with 4–6 weeks of OTR/regional training alongside an experienced trainer before transitioning onto this dedicated account. Both solo and team drivers are welcome to apply.

Compensation & Benefits

• $1,400–$1,800 per week
• $0.52–$0.62 per mile, based on experience
• Trainee pay: $900 per week for 4–6 weeks while training with an experienced driver
• $15 per stop pay
• Monthly safety bonus opportunities
• Full benefits package after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off
