Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers to join our dedicated team operating 100% no-touch dry van freight throughout the Pacific Northwest, with 4–6 weeks of OTR/regional training alongside an experienced trainer before transitioning to the dedicated account.

Most runs are PNWest with night driving and weekly home time; orientation in Sumner, WA. We offer full benefits after 30 days, trainee pay during training, and opportunities for both solo and team drivers.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age or older with a valid Class A CDL
• Graduate of an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of instruction
• Clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or license suspensions in the last 5 years
• No DUIs, felonies, or misdemeanors in the last 5 years; safety review applies to other offenses
• Solid 10-year work history with limited unemployment in the last 3 years

Responsibilities

• Operate 53' dry van trailers on dedicated routes in the Pacific Northwest
• Maintain safe driving practices and on-time delivery schedules
• Complete pre-trip inspections and keep logs compliant with regulations
• Coordinate with trainers during the initial 4–6 week training period

New drivers will begin with 4–6 weeks of OTR/regional training alongside an experienced trainer before transitioning onto this dedicated account.
