Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated Pac Northwest lane starting in Sumner, WA. New drivers complete 4–6 weeks of training with an experienced trainer before joining the dedicated account. Both solo and team drivers are welcome, with 100% no-touch freight and a strong home-time focus.

Expect 2,000–3,000 miles per week, mostly night drives, and orientation in Sumner, WA. Comprehensive benefits start after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid Class A CDL.
• Graduate of an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of instruction.
• Clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or license suspensions within the past 5 years.
• No DUIs, felonies, or misdemeanors within the past 5 years; all offenses subject to safety review.
• Solid 10-year work history with no major unexplained gaps outside of school or training; max 6 months unemployment in the last year and 1 year within the last 3 years.
• Must pass a pre-employment urine and hair drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate 53' dry van trailers on a dedicated Pac NW lane with Sumner, WA origin.
• 100% no-touch freight; mostly night driving.
• Log 2,000–3,000 miles per week and return to Sumner.
• Orientation held in Sumner, WA; solo or team driving options.
• Structured path for new CDL graduates to gain hands-on training and experience.

New drivers will begin with 4–6 weeks of OTR/regional training alongside an experienced trainer before transitioning onto this dedicated account.
