Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers, with opportunities for both experienced professionals and recent graduates, to join a dedicated team handling 100% no-touch dry van freight across the Pacific Northwest. New hires begin with 4–6 weeks of OTR/regional training alongside an experienced trainer before moving to the dedicated account.

Drivers may run solo or as a team, with weekly home time and a structured path for training, plus a full benefits package after 30 days of employment.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older with a valid Class A CDL.
• Graduate of an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of instruction.
• Clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or license suspensions within the past 5 years.
• No DUIs, felonies, or misdemeanors within the past 5 years; all offenses subject to safety review.
• Solid 10-year work history with limited unemployment recent years; pre-employment drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Operate 53' dry van trailers on dedicated routes with no-touch freight.
• Maintain safe driving practices and comply with all DOT regulations.
• Complete pre-employment screenings and onboarding processes.
