Job summary

Domino's Pizza is seeking Commercial Truck Drivers to safely operate the company vehicle on established routes and deliver products to store locations. You will unload, assist stores, and handle empty containers, with potential overnight stays.

Drivers may work solo or in teams; occasional trailer shuttling and dock positioning may be required. PPE and safety compliance are emphasized across all tasks.

Qualifications

• Six months of verifiable CMV driving experience; one year preferred.
• Must possess a valid Class A CDL with Air Brakes.
• DOT Medical Cert must be maintained.
• Meet defined MVR standards to remain qualified to drive.
• Pre-employment background check required.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive the commercial vehicle on established routes to Domino's store locations.
• Unload products, provide customer service to stores, and return empty containers to the Supply Chain Center.
• Drive solo or as part of a team; some overnight stays may be necessary.

Job Description

The Domino's Commercial Truck Drivers safely drives the commercial company vehicle over or on established route(s) to deliver products to Domino's Pizza store locations. The Class A Commercial Drivers will unload products at each customer location, provide customer service to stores, pick up empty tray containers/carts, and deliver them back to Domino's Supply Chain Center.

Drivers may run routes as part of a team or as a single driver. Some overnight stays may be necessary.

Occasionally, the Commercial Driver may be asked to shuttle trailers to and from partner companies or position trailers at dock doors. All Domino's team members ensure that all tasks are done safely, including wearing proper PPE.

Pay Breakdown

• $32.80 - $34.90/ hour, based on number of years of verifiable driving experience
• Sleeper Berth Pay (per hour): 50% of hourly rate
• Call-in Pay (per occurrence) - $150 - $250
• Bonus Opportunities:
• Safety Bonus - $2,000 annually
• Company Bonus - 2% of annualized hourly rate

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Six months of verifiable CMV driving experience, one year preferred
• Must have a valid class A Commercial Driver's License with Air Brakes
• Must maintain a DOT Med Cert
• Must maintain meeting the defined MVR standards to remain qualified to drive company commercial motor vehicle
• Must pass DOT physical
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check
• Must be able to work around yeast and flour

Additional Information

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time, climb stairs, and lift to 50 lbs. frequently and 100 lbs. on occasion, perform heavy pushing/pulling of product, work in refrigerated conditions [33-38 degrees], outdoor weather [rain, sleet, heat, snow, etc.], and work in an environment with exposure to loud machinery, when necessary.
