FLORAL TRADE DISTRIBUTORS LLC is seeking a reliable Class A Commercial Driver with a TWIC Card to join our Vista, CA distribution team. You will transport cargo between major southern California ports and the San Diego area, ensuring on-time delivery and safe handling of freight.

Responsibilities include pre-trip inspections, adherence to DOT regulations, and clear communication with dispatch. A clean driving record and strong safety focus are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• TWIC Card is required.
• Clean driving record and commitment to safety.
• Experience operating Class A vehicles in distribution is preferred.
• Ability to meet DOT/FMCSA standards.
• Ability to lift and handle freight including perishables.

• Operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport cargo between the Port of Long Beach and the San Diego area.
• Access secure port and restricted facilities using a valid TWIC Card as required
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in compliance with DOT regulations
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of freight while maintaining proper documentation
• Maintain communication with dispatch and management regarding route status and any delays
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local traffic and transportation laws

Requirements:

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Active Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC Card) required
• Clean driving record with a strong commitment to safety
• Experience operating Class A vehicles in a commercial distribution environment - Minimum 2 years.
• Ability to meet DOT / FMCSA compliance standards
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet delivery deadlines
• Ability to lift and handle freight, including perishable products
