Harnish Group Inc. in Lacey, WA seeks a safety-focused Class A CDL Truck Driver to prepare, load, and return equipment from customer sites to our rental yards.

The role requires a CDL Class A, air brake endorsement, at least two years driving experience or completion of Truck Driver training, and a high school diploma. You will work with customers, comply with DOT rules, and help ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Must have manual certification.
• A CDL Class A is required.
• Air brake endorsement is required.
• Two years driving experience or completed a Truck Driver training program with equipment similar to a CDL truck.
• Dependable, responsible, and committed to safe operation of the vehicle and timely pickups/deliveries.
• No preventable accidents or violations in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment for delivery and load/unload at customer sites.
• Return equipment to rental yards after use.
• Provide training or instruction on safe use of equipment.
• Communicate with customers, answer questions, and ensure safe operation per DOT rules.
• Identify maintenance needs and ensure repairs are completed with minimal operation disruption.
