Job summary

XPO is seeking a Truck Driver to safely operate a tractor-trailer, including doubles and triples, while delivering excellent service to customers and supporting sales. This role requires flexibility for day, night, and weekend shifts.

Competitive pay ranges from $29.35 to $36.30 per hour with full benefits from day one, plus PTO, holidays, 401(k), and education assistance. This is a Motor Carrier Act Exempt position offering growth opportunities within a global logistics leader.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Hold a valid Class A commercial driver's license.
• Maintain a safe driving record.
• Within 90 days of employment, obtain hazardous materials, tank vehicle and doubles/triples endorsements (as applicable).
• Pass a DOT drug test with no prior positives or refusals in the last 3 years.
• Hold a valid DOT Medical Certification Card or be willing to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer, including doubles and triples.
• Provide excellent customer service, including generating sales leads.
• Load and unload freight.
