J Rose Enterprises is hiring dependable Class A CDL drivers for a high-paying regional dedicated account based in Florida. The role offers consistent weekly miles, reliable home time, and 100% touch freight with direct unloads at customer storefronts.

Expect early-morning deliveries, night/weekend/holiday driving to hit tight delivery windows, and a structured weekly schedule with 3 loads per week on regional lanes across FL/GA/SC and parts of AL.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer driving experience within the last 3 years.
• Valid Class A CDL must be held.
• Physically able to perform frequent touch freight and climb in/out of the trailer.
• Clean safety record; must meet DOT/FMCSA drug & alcohol clearinghouse requirements.

Responsibilities

• 1,500–2,000 miles per week on dedicated regional lanes across FL, GA, SC, and parts of AL.
• 100% touch freight; unload trailers box-by-box using gravity roller system.
• Home weekly with a weekly reset; may drive nights, weekends and holidays to meet delivery windows.
• Support from driver-focused operations team and reliable freight with steady dispatch.

We are now hiring dependable, hardworking Class A CDL drivers for a high-paying regional dedicated account. If you enjoy a physically active driving career, consistent weekly miles, and reliable home time, this fleet is the perfect fit.

Compensation, Bonuses & Add-On Pay:

• Weekly Earnings: Highly competitive $1,400 – $1,800 gross per week.
• Sign-On Bonus: $2,000.00 to jumpstart your earnings on this account.
• Unload Pay: $240.00 for every trailer fully unloaded.
• Backhaul Pay: $50.00 per completed backhaul.
• Freight Stability: Steady, year-round freight and consistent dispatch.

Schedule & Home Time Structure:

• Home Weekly: Minimum of one weekly reset (resets are typically taken on the road during your delivery cycles).
• Shift Times: Most deliveries occur in the early morning hours. Drivers must be prepared for night, weekend, and holiday driving to hit delivery windows exactly on time.
• Volume: Highly predictable regional scheduling averaging 3 loads per week.

Freight Profile & Routes:

• 100% Touch Freight: Drivers are responsible for fully unloading trailers box-by-box using a gravity roller system.
• Unload Structure: Live unloads directly at customer storefront locations.
• Mileage Volume: Highly consistent 1,500 – 2,000 miles per week.
• Running Area: Dedicated regional lanes operating throughout Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, and parts of Alabama.

Qualifications & Hiring Requirements:

• License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
• Experience: Minimum of 3 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer driving experience within the last 3 years. (Please note: Driving school or training academy time does not count toward this requirement).
• Physical Ability: Must be physically capable of performing frequent box-by-box touch freight and climbing in/out of the trailer safely.
• Compliance: Clean safety record. Must meet all standard Department of Transportation (DOT), background, and FMCSA drug & alcohol clearinghouse requirements.
