J Rose Enterprises is seeking Class A CDL drivers for a paid training program. Orientation in Irving, TX, followed by hands-on over-the-road training with a trainer. After training, solo driving starts at $0.55 CPM with 100% no-touch dry van freight.

Training lasts 5,000–7,000 miles with a trainer. Expect 3–4 weeks on the road and 1 day of home time for each week out. Must have CDL-A, be 21+, and maintain a clean MVR.

Are you ready to launch a rewarding career on the open road? We areseeking motivated Class A CDL Drivers for our comprehensive Paid Training Program.

This role begins with an all-expenses-paid, 3-day orientation in Irving, TX, followed by a hands-on over-the-road training phase with an experienced driver trainer. Upon successful completion of the training miles, you will transition into a Solo Driving Position starting at a competitive $0.55 CPM, primarily running OTR or high-priority regional lanes hauling 100% no-touch dry van freight.

Paid Orientation & Trainee Benefits

• Paid Orientation: $250.00 for the 3-day onboarding process in Irving, TX.
• Travel Covered: Fully covered flight or rental car to orientation, plus hotel accommodations provided.
• Training Pay: Earn a flat $100.00 per day ($700.00 weekly if out a full week) while completing your trainer miles.
• Note: Home time days during the training phase are unpaid.

Post-Training Details & Compensation

• Training Length: 5,000 – 7,000 miles over-the-road with a designated trainer.
• Solo Starting Rate: $0.55 CPM (Drivers may choose their route path upon graduation, consisting mainly of OTR with limited regional lanes).
• Freight Type: 100% Dry Van, No-Touch Freight.
• Additional Compensation: Extra financial protection with built-in detention and layover pay.

Schedule & Home Time (Solo)

• Time on the Road: 3 to 4 weeks out at a time.
• Home Time: Earn 1 full day of home time for every single week spent out on the road.

Driver Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Safety Standards: Must possess an excellent, violation-free Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and satisfy all commercial transportation safety, drug screening, and background clearance standards. We do not take trainees with ANY tickets, accidents, or criminal history.
