Tempur Sealy International in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced Class A CDL Truck Driver. You will transport and off-load company products at delivery locations within Southwestern states, with layovers 2-3 times per week and most weekends off.

The role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, a pay structure based on hourly, mileage, stops and drops, plus medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Prior Truck Driver experience preferred.
• Ability to load/off-load freight at delivery sites.

Responsibilities

• Transport and off-load company products at delivery locations within the Southwestern states.
• Delivery/pick-up of materials and backhaul loads as needed.
• Adhere to all Company and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations; operate safely.

Additional responsibilities may include delivery/pick-up of raw materials and other backhaul loads when applicable. Drivers are expected to operate safely and strictly within all Company and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations at all times. Layovers will be required 2-3 times throughout the work week with most weekends off.We offer a competitive pay and benefits package, including a **$5,000 sign-on bonus** for new Truck Drivers (continuous employment required).Benefits & Compensation:* Truck Drivers are compensated through component pay for hourly, mileage, stops and drops.
