Job summary

NIS EXPRESS in Roswell, NM is seeking CDL-A drivers for long-haul routes covering 27 states east of Colorado. New trainees welcome; you will receive 4 to 6 weeks of over-the-road training with an experienced trainer, then transition to solo driver pay with weekly training pay guaranteed.

Home every two weeks and a comprehensive benefits package. Pay includes weekly gross $1,200–$1,800 depending on experience, $1,000 guaranteed pay for first 3 months post-dispatch, plus $15 stop pay and a monthly

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.
• Trainees welcome; 120+ hours CDL training not required for all applicants.
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years.
• Military experience considered with a valid DD214.
• Valid license in home state and verifiable work history for the past 3 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years; no major preventable accidents in 5 years; no DUI/DWI in 5–10 years.
• Must pass hair and urine drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Transport goods east of Denver, excluding the Northeast region.
• Maintain safety and compliance with DOT regulations.
• Unload and reload as needed; ensure timely deliveries.

Roswell, this El Paso fleet covers 27 states east of Colorado, skips the Northeast, and hires new CDL holders with paid training.

Pay

• $1,200 to $1,800 average weekly gross depending on experience
• $1,000 weekly guaranteed pay for your first 3 months after solo dispatch
• $15 stop pay plus monthly performance bonus
• 1,800 to 2,200 miles a week

Route and Home Time

• Everything east of Denver except the Northeast
• Home every 2 weeks, other options can be discussed
• Drop and hook, live loads and live unloads

Getting Started

• New CDL-A holders are welcome to apply
• 4 to 6 weeks over the road with an experienced trainer
• Guaranteed weekly training pay, then straight to full solo driver pay
• Must have completed at least 120 hours at an accredited CDL school
