Whether you're an experienced Class A driver, coming from van or reefer freight and looking to learn flatbed, or starting from the ground up through our CDL training program, we provide the equipment, instruction and support to help you build a career in trucking.

Our Missoula training program combines classroom instruction with extensive hands-on experience.
Full-school students receive 200+ hours of training designed to prepare them for the realities of operating a tractor-trailer in an OTR flatbed environment.

Before entering the full CDL training program, applicants must obtain their DOT Medical Card and Commercial Learner's Permit (CLP).
You don't necessarily need flatbed experience.
Drivers coming from dry van, reefer or other Class A backgrounds can receive additional training focused on open-deck freight, cargo securement, tarping and Jones Brothers operating procedures.
Experienced drivers are evaluated individually so we can concentrate training where it is actually needed rather than putting everyone through the same cookie-cutter program.
Our Safety and Training Department brings more than 35 years of combined professional driving, training, troubleshooting and fleet-support experience to the program.
Training doesn't end when you receive your truck keys.
Our team continues working with drivers through coaching, trip planning, cargo securement questions, winter operations and the everyday challenges that come with life on the road.
