MIDWEST REGIONAL CDL-A DRIVER

Muncie, Indiana | Flatbed Experience NOT Required

You’ve already learned how to drive the truck.

We’ll teach you how to run flatbed.

Jones Brothers Trucking is hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for regional and local opportunities based out of our Muncie, Indiana terminal.

If you have experience pulling dry van, reefer or other Class A equipment but have never worked open-deck freight, that’s not a deal breaker.

We can teach the flatbed side.

Our training team works with experienced drivers individually, focusing on the skills you actually need rather than putting you through a one-size-fits-all program.

YOUR EXPERIENCE SHOULD COUNT

NEW TO FLATBED? THAT’S OKAY.

You already know how to operate a tractor‑trailer.

We’ll help you build the open‑deck skills.

Training may include:

• Cargo securement
• Proper use of straps and chains
• Load placement and weight distribution
• Tarping procedures
• Load inspections
• Flatbed loading and unloading procedures
• Trip planning
• Open‑deck safety practices
• Jones Brothers operating procedures

Training is tailored around your previous driving experience and demonstrated ability.

The objective isn’t to start you over.

It’s to add another skill set to the experience you already have.
